Pawtraits By Faye began back in 2020, created out of a passion for both art and dogs, and has since delighted pet owners across the UK. My custom hand-drawn pet portraits are perfect for honouring beloved pets or celebrating new additions to the family. Each piece I create is a labour of love, meticulously crafted to highlight the individual quirks and beauty of your beloved pets. Whether it's the twinkle in their eyes, the fluff of their fur, or the playful tilt of their head, I strive to bring out the essence of what makes your pet special.

THE ARTIST

Hi, I'm Faye! I am an artist based in Newcastle, UK. My pet portrait journey began during the first lockdown in 2020. I've always had a deep love for animals and a passion for creating art, so diving into pet portraits felt like a natural fit for me.

It all began with sketching portraits of my friends' pets as a way to practice and build up my portfolio. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a heartfelt passion project as I discovered how much joy and connection my artwork brought to both pet owners and fellow animal lovers.

Alongside pursuing my artistic dreams, I also embarked on an exciting educational journey, studying in the MA Illustration at Falmouth University. This experience not only honed my technical skills but also fueled my creativity and love for visual storytelling.

Today, I specialise in crafting personalised pet portraits that capture the unique character of each animal. Whether it's a fluffy family member or a beloved companion, I pour my heart into every piece to create something truly special for my clients.
