To place an order, visit my shop tab and add your product to the cart or simply send me a DM on social media. Provide a clear photo of your pet and any specific details you'd like included in the portrait to my email, pawtraitsbyfaye@gmail.com, after purchase.

Absolutely! I currently offer up to three pets per portrait (size dependent). If you are wanting more than my maximum, please get in contact with me for a custom quote.

You don't need to get all your pets in one photo. Send individual photos, and I'll combine them into a single beautiful portrait.

I use high-quality art materials to ensure your portrait is vibrant and long-lasting. coloured pencil portraits are normally a combination of ink, faber castell pencils and prismacolor pencils.

To keep your portrait looking its best, frame it behind glass and avoid placing it in direct sunlight. This will help preserve the colors and prevent fading over time.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your portrait and i will keep you updated throughout the process. If you have any specific requests or need revisions, please let me know throughout the creation process and I'll do my best to accommodate them.

Due to the custom nature of the artwork, I do not offer refunds once the portrait is completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the initial sketch or progress updates, please contact me to discuss adjustments.

Clear, high-quality photos taken at your pet's eye level work best. Forward-facing portraits are ideal, but well-taken side profiles can also be stunning. Natural lighting is recommended to capture your pet's true colors.
